About Saffron City

Saffron City is a planned residential and commercial community located along Main GT Road (N-5), near Rawat, Rawalpindi. The project is designed to bring together convenient connectivity, thoughtfully planned spaces and opportunities for residents and investors.
The approved layout plan covers an area of 882.85 Kanal and was approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) in December 2024. Saffron City aims to develop a connected community with residential and commercial opportunities in a strategically located area.

Saffron City’s layout plan has been approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), covering an area of 882.85 Kanal.
The approval was issued on 16 December 2024 by the competent authority of RDA for the Saffron City Housing Scheme project.
